2001 volunteer with Utah Heritage Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving, protecting, and promoting Utah's historic built environment. I worked as a docent at the Govenor's Mansion giving tours to school groups and the general public as well as working as a guide during their annual historic homes tour.
2004 Employed as Teacher's Aid for Basic Design 2630 at the University of Utah.

2005 Received medal for outstanding academic achievement.
2004 Awarded a full tuition scholarship for the 2004-2005 school year.
2003-04 Served as president of the University of Utah Chapter of the AIAS.
2003 Received merit award for an olympic monument design on the state capital grounds. Competition sponsored by the University of Utah.
